Back to School Shoe Shopping

I feel like I am always buying shoes!  My kids are quite rough on their shoes (especially the boys) and they are going through so many growth spurts that they are always needing new shoes.  I usually by the kids new shoes right before school starts, a couple times during the school year and then some sandals for the summertime.   

 

Here are Adison’s sandals that I bought her for the summertime.  They are still in great condition but she has already grown out of them.  They are getting tight and she doesn’t like to wear them now.

 

 

Here are Kayden’s sandals.  He has been super rough on them this year and they are pretty scroungy and the fabric is fraying.

 

I am not even going to show you Carson’s shoes.  He doesn’t like to wear sandals so he wears closed toed shoes all summer (I think I would die if I did that). He has been on so many scout trips, camping trips, mowed so many lawns that his shoes look quite awful.  I think one is even missing a shoe lace right now.

 

Well school starts in two weeks and to be honest I don’t have all of my school shopping done.  We have most of their new clothes bought but we still need to get shoes, school supplies and a few other odds and ends.
